Dealing with Adobe Acrobat files: You should be able to open any of these files as long as you have at least Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0. However, even if you have the latest version of Acrobat you may still encounter problems. If you simply click on the link within your browser such as Netscape or MS Explorer the file will try and open within the browser. If you have pop-up blocker software installed this may interfere with opening the file.

You may have better success if you "Right Click" the link and select "Save Link Target As" (In Netscape) or "Save Target As" (In MS Exporer). You can then download the PDF file directly to your computer. Once you have downloaded the file you can double-click it and open it with Adobe Acrobat.

If you still need help dealing with these files, call 800-682-2632 or 252-808-8027 and speak with Richard Davis or you can contact him via e-mail. You may also want to check to make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.
