| The Land or Sell License is an annual license which allows nonresident vessel owners to offload any catch that was caught beyond the 3-mile ocean limit. This license must be purchased prior to offloading. This license cannot transferred or assigned. |
| Cost |
$200 or an amount equal to the nonresident fee charged by the nonresidents's state, whichever is greater. |
