Ocean Fishing Pier License
The Ocean Fishing Pier License is an annual license which allows piers to charge the public to fish. The pier owner/manager must have a Fish Dealer’s License to buy bait from licensed fishermen or to catch and sell bait to the public; purchase of a Ocean Fishing Pier License no longer automatically includes a Fish Dealer License. A Marine Patrol officer must certify length of pier prior to a license being issued.
