Contact: Patricia Smith AGENDA SET FOR FISHERIES COMMISSION MEETING IN KITTY HAWK MOREHEAD CITY – The N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission will meet March 23-25 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 5353 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Agenda items include discussion of recommendations to the draft Spotted Seatrout Fishery Management Plan and a petition from Hyde County to amend the Oyster Fishery Management Plan. The commission will hold a public comment session at 6 p.m. March 23 for anyone interested in speaking on state marine fisheries issues.
